Jeff Davis (Executive Producer/Cordell Pierce) is mind behind the story for the film and co-wrote the screenplay. Jeff is partly responsible for putting together the key talent and crew for Restitution. As an actor, Jeff has appeared in multiple television shows such as Castle, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, Grey’s Anatomy, as well as the YouTube production A Girl Named Jo. He has also appeared in a variety of feature films including Windwalkers, Wes Craven's New Nightmare, Dark Obsession, Clarity, The Perfect Guy, American Assassin, and Proximity. Jeff is also producing the features The Demons Within and Cordell Pierce: Bounty Hunter.

Vincent M. Ward (Floyd Donovan) is an American actor who portrayed 'Oscar' in Season 3 of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Vincent Ward was born on January 27, 1971 in Dayton, Ohio. Growing up, he found himself as being a triple threat as an athlete, participating in basketball, football, and baseball. While entering high school, Vincent decided to choose one sport. That one sport was basketball, which he still plays to this very day. Vincent found himself being the first and so far, the only player to start on the varsity basketball team all four years of high school. Vincent was All-City First Team, All City GMVC First Team and was mentioned to be one of the best players in Ohio. A few years later Vincent surprised himself as he was cast as part of a touring company there in Columbus, OH. He toured with this company performing education and diverse plays such as Black Man Rising, The Ones Who Shoot the Guns, and Young Black Men are Dying, and No One Seems to Care. After the tour ended Vincent decided to branch off and test his acting ability with other theaters. Vincent M. Ward is known for his work on Ocean’s Eleven, Traffic, and Bringing Down the House.

Yan Birch (TBA) The son of a Swedish actor/comedian/producer/director/musician; music and the arts were a natural part of Yan Birch’s life. He learned to play the flute and trumpet as a child, leading to several appearances in stage productions. His early television career in Sweden included Barnjournalen, a popular weekly kid’s show, and Unga Tvaan, at that time Sweden’s MTV equivalent. Graduating with a BA in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Mathematics, Yan completed his studies from the technical college Teknikum in Vaxjo, Sweden before moving to Hollywood. His film and television appearances include Slumber Party Massacre III, The Runestone, Scrondo, The People Under the Stairs, Santa Barbara, The Young and the Restless, Cyber Bandits, Bless the Child, Charmed, and Essence of Echoes (which he also produced via his production company Pure Entertainment).

John Loretto (Earl "The Squirrel" Munson) was born in New York City. He began his acting and writing career on stage in the productions Beautiful People, Dead End, Summer and Smoke, and Tea and Sympathy with the Action Theater Conservatory. His film and television appearances include Room for Rent, Every Move You Make, Chicano Blood, Mexican Gangster, Bad Day, and the short film Gay. Also a screenwriter, John has co-written the features A Flower Grows, An American Rises, Birds of Paradise, and The Jaguar's Child with writing partner Carolyn K. Doswell.
